Laws mandate many duties for the Town Clerk, but many Clerk's go well beyond those mandates as they serve as a major source of information to all. Some of the Town Clerk's duties include Dog Licensing, DEC Licenses, Registrar of Marriage Licenses and Record's management of Town Records. The Clerk's office is responsible for Racing & Wagering, Handicapped Permits, Soliciting permits and Compost Permits. The Town Clerk is also the Receiver of Taxes and is responsible for the collection of Town taxes. We are here to assist & help you.
